HR Manager & Facility Manager

Chris is currently the Human Resource Manager and Facility Manager for all locations. He has over 20 years of responsible and progressive experience in human resource management as well as manufacturing and operations management. His professional experiences include strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development and employee relations.
Prior to his role as Human Resource Manager, he served as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Kentucky, which he still obtains. He graduated from University of the Cumberlands with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Health Counseling as well as a Master of Arts in Addiction Counseling. Chris has experience working with children, teens, adults, and families that experience anxiety, suicidal ideations, and depression. He continues to work with individuals with addiction. Chris uses Person-Centered and Motivational Enhancement therapy models.
